Sweet Potato Black Bean Avocado Sandwich

You’ll Need
- Sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Sea Salt
- Avocado
- Red pepper (you can use fresh or roasted, both are good just different flavors)
- Black Bean Hummus or Black Bean Spread from Trader Joes

Baked Apple & Cinnamon Chips
Directions
- Remove apple core.
- Thinly slice the entire apple.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place apple slices on it.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours. Flip after 1 hour
95-120 calories per serving (1 apple)
